Aivolve was created by Luke and Maximina, siblings who took very different paths in business, but ultimately arrived at the same truth:

Small-business owners are carrying too much, and they deserve better support.

Together, they combined their strengths to build the kind of solution they wish existed when they were getting started.

Meet Luke

Luke’s story started in a garage, literally.
He flipped his first car in his dad’s workshop and taught himself everything he needed to know through pure hustle, trial and error, and what he proudly calls his “YouTube University PhD.”

That one car turned into many. Those many turned into a thriving 50-car dealership. And from there, Luke went on to build and scale multiple successful businesses across automotive, real estate and ecommerce.

Along the way, he learned something important:

Most entrepreneurs don’t struggle because they're incapable. They struggle because they’re overwhelmed.

Luke became obsessed with building systems — automations, workflows, structures — that freed up time and made business feel lighter. Aivolve is his way of sharing those systems with the world.

Meet Maximina

If Luke is the engineer of systems, Maximina is the engine of growth.

With over 20 years in digital strategy, she’s helped brands large and small scale their audiences, sharpen their messaging, and build the kind of customer journeys that actually convert.

She’s led marketing at Fortune 500 companies, built digital scenes for startups, directed creative teams, and crafted campaigns that reached millions.

Her specialty? Turning chaos into clarity, strategy into momentum.

She understands the pressure small-business owners feel when they’re expected to be marketers, creators, strategists, and service providers all at once. She built Aivolve to give them the kind of digital support they rarely get but always need.
